What is the Preferred Photographer Program?
A standing photography partnership for Grand Rapids real estate agents. We become your go-to on every listing — three tiers, real twilight, drone, 24-hour delivery, priority calendar access, and a $50 referral credit when you bring another agent in. You reach House Photographer status after your second paid shoot.
How is this different from Lakeshore Lens or other Grand Rapids real estate photographers?
Two things. First, our Showcase tier is $375 vs Lakeshore's $435 for similar scope — $60 cheaper per listing. Second, we shoot real blue-hour twilight, not virtual twilight edits. Real twilight listings consistently outperform daytime-only photos for online views.
Do I have to commit to a contract or minimum?
No. No retainer, no minimum, no exclusivity. The "Preferred Photographer" name describes the working relationship — you choose to use us repeatedly because it is consistent and easy, not because a contract obligates you.
What if I have a listing under $200K?
Essential at $245 is built for it. HDR interiors and exteriors, 25-35 MLS-ready images, 24-hour delivery. We do not push you up a tier on listings that do not need it.
Do you offer drone photography for real estate?
Yes. Part 107 licensed aerial drone shots are an add-on for Essential and Showcase, and included in Signature. Especially impactful for waterfront listings, large lots, and neighborhood context.
Do you offer 3D tours?
Yes — a 3D virtual tour is a $100 add-on to any package. It's an interactive Zillow 3D Home or Matterport-style walkthrough captured during the same shoot as your HDR stills, so a buyer can walk the whole home from their phone. A premium, fully-hosted Matterport Pro tour for higher-end listings runs $250 to $295, custom-quoted. See the 3D tour details.
Can my brokerage set this up as a preferred-vendor program?

What's in the $150 real twilight add-on?
A separate blue-hour shoot scheduled for the same listing — 20-40 minute window post-sunset, interior lights warm, exteriors lit. Get 5-8 additional twilight exteriors delivered with your main gallery. Most Showcase clients add it on premium listings.
How do I book my first listing?
Click "Book Your First Listing" or call (616) 258-4578. Send the address, pick a tier, lock the date on Calendly. 50% deposit secures the slot. Balance due before delivery.
How do I pay the deposit and balance?
Whatever is easiest for you — a secure Stripe card link, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, CashApp, or Square. The deposit link comes with your booking confirmation and the balance link before the gallery is delivered. No invoicing software to log into, no contracts.
